School Hours: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
We encourage you to use the carpool line to make drop-off and dismissal time as smooth as possible. Each child will receive a car tag with their name on it. Please display this in the window of your car when you pick your child up at 12:00 noon. No child will be dismissed to anyone other than yourself unless we are notified. We will need a copy of the driver’s license of anyone other than parents, who will have permission to pick your child up from school.
Please send a note with your child if they are to go home with anyone other that you. If you arrive late (after attendance has been taken) you will need to sign your child in at the front office.
Pick-up is 12:00 noon. Please be considerate of our staff and pick up your child at the specified dismissal. If, for some reason, you are running late, please notify us, at which time you will need to come into the front office and sign your child out.
Always enter and leave the school through the main door by the office so as not to cause congestion in the hallways. Also please do not use this time to have a conference with your child’s teacher. If you need to have a conference with a teacher or the director, please set up an appointment. We will be happy to meet with you and accommodate your schedule as best we can.
At St. Philip Neri our preschoolers participate in computer enrichment classes in our computer lab. Each child has his/her own assigned computer complete with individual headphones. Our computer classes, taught by our Technology Teacher, are offered to all 2 Yr Old, 3 Yr Old and 4 Yr Old classes.
Adjacent to our building to the right, we offer a large playground complete with multiple slides, climbing walls, tubes and sliding poles where our students spend outside playtime, allowing them to strengthen their gross motor skills. We also have playhouses to encourage imaginative play if so desired.
Adjacent to our building to the left we offer a recreational playground that is made up of a rubber weather proof surface for optimal safety. Here our students can race cars, play basketball, play in the playhouse or enjoy organized relay races. In addition, we also offer plenty of playground balls and soft footballs to toss back and forth along with sidewalk chalk and an area for creative drawing if so desired.
